Who can use Employee Rewards Membership?
Employee Rewards Membership is provided through your employer and can be used based on how your company distributes it. Note that it is only redeemable at the location where it was purchased.

How is the fee paid?
Fee is paid upfront by the company based on the selection plan.
How often can I visit?
You can visit as often as you'd like, based on the amount of experience (credits) provided by your company. Each visit uses credits from your card:
- One Race = One Credit
- Attraction Discount = One Credit
Can I use multiple experiences in one visit?
Yes. You can enjoy multiple races, attractions, and arcade games during the same visit as long as you have available credits on your card. If your package includes multiple experience credits, you may redeem them all in a single visit. Guests can also purchase additional races, attractions, or arcade play on-site to continue the fun throughout their visit.
Do I need to make a reservation?
No reservation is required for individual visits. Complete a waiver onsite or online and visit the Starting Line to schedule your race and purchase attractions and arcade play.
Please keep in mind: This is for individual use only. For larger groups, your company must coordinate in advance as a corporate event.
How do I reserve bowling?
Bowling is a walk in experience. Guests will need the company issued "Bowling Card" and can proceed to the bowling counter upon arrival. Present the card at the end of the transaction and the weekly credit will be deducted and reduce the price to zero. One bowling credit is for one hour and up to (6).
How do I know when the time (1 hour or 3 hour) are up for time play?
Time Play starts when the card is swiped at the first game, each swipe after will present remaining time available. You are not able to pause time after the initial swipe. Note that Time Play cards are valid for blue and yellow swipers only. They are not valid for play on prize games and do not accrue tickets towards redemption prizes.
What happens when I arrive?
It's simple to enjoy your rewards:
- For racing, complete a waiver in designated in store area, if not already completed online. Note that waivers are valid for one year from date of completion.
- Go to the designated Corporate Perks line at Starting Line.
- Present your Andretti card
- Work with the team members to determine race type (per credit) and the attractions you wish to use your attraction discount towards. If the selected package includes Time Play, the cards will be created at this time.
- Join the next available race or attraction and enjoy your Andretti race experience.
Will there be a wait?
Wait times can vary depending on how busy the location may be, typically after 4 PM on Saturday and Sunday. Weekdays typically have shorter wait times. Please note that Membership Credits are not valid for use after 4pm on Saturdays. You would have to pay advertised pricing from 4 PM - to close on Saturdays.
Are there any blackout times?
Yes. Benefits are not valid on Saturdays after 4 PM.
Can I bring guests with me?
Yes, if your company allows it. Guests would also have to have the card to redeem benefits or can pay advertised pricing at the location.
Can I share my card with someone else?
This depends on your company's policy. Your company may assign cards to individuals or allow flexible use across employees or guests. Check with your employer for details. Andretti Indoor Karting & Games will not have this information on file.
Do my credits expire?
Yes. All experiences must be used within the 1 year of your membership. Unused credits do not rollover to the next year.
What if I run out of credits?
You can still enjoy Andretti! Additional races and attractions can be purchased separately.
Can I use my membership for food and drinks?
No, the program does not include food & beverage benefits. Andretti offers separate event packages that can be booked in advance. For our walk-in guests, we also feature a full restaurant and bar with freshly prepared menu items, a wide selection of domestic, imported, and local craft beers, and a variety of specialty craft cocktails available for purchase.
Is there an age requirement for racing?
Yes, racing experiences are based on age and height requirements for safety.
- Mini Mario: Minimum Age 3+, Minimum Height 36", Maximum Weight 90lbs
- Junior Karting: Recommended Minimum Age 7, Minimum Height 48", Maximum Weight 275lbs
- Intermediate Karting: Recommended Minimum Age 12, Minimum Height 54", Maximum Weight 275lbs
- Adult Karting: Recommended Minimum Age either 18+ yrs old or 15+ yrs old with State-Issued Driver's License or Permit. Minimum Height 54" and Maximum Weight 275lbs
Can younger kids participate in attractions?
Yes. All of our attractions are height-based. Note that attractions vary by location.
